gastroenterology practice

Brand & Creative Consultant (Lead)

Project Overview
This engagement involved developing a full brand identity and launch platform for a newly established gastroenterology practice. Referred through a professional connection, the project began with no existing brand assets, marketing strategy, or digital presence.
The objective was to create a clinical yet approachable brand that would convey medical expertise while differentiating the practice within a competitive healthcare market.

Creative & Strategic Approach
I led the naming process, visual identity development, and initial digital presence for the practice, establishing a cohesive brand system designed to support launch visibility and long-term credibility.

Key initiatives included:

  • Creating the company name, logo, and visual identity direction

  • Designing the initial website experience to communicate services, patient education, and brand positioning

  • Developing marketing collateral, office signage, and presentation templates to support business development

  • Producing social media branding and campaign materials aligned with healthcare communication standards

  • Designing a comprehensive media kit to support advertising placements and public visibility

The visual approach balanced clinical clarity with subtle personality, helping position the practice as both trustworthy and modern.

Outcome
The practice launched successfully with strong initial visibility, leading to immediate advertising placements in regional and national media outlets, including health and lifestyle publications. Within the first year, the physician transitioned from operating within shared clinical spaces to opening an independent practice location. Continued growth later supported expansion into a larger facility, reinforcing the effectiveness of the brand positioning and launch strategy.
